Implied warranties

At Blockmine, we take our commitments to our customers very seriously and always strive to provide excellent customer service. In accordance with our legal obligations, we offer a warranty period of 24 months on all our products.

This means that we are liable for all material and legal defects that already existed at the time of sale. For the first six months after purchase, it is assumed that any defect found was already present at the time of sale. After these six months, the burden of proof lies with the customer that the defect was already present at the time of sale.

If your device is no longer covered by the statutory warranty period, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.

The manufacturer's warranty is an additional benefit that supplements the statutory warranty rights and is based on a voluntary offer from the manufacturer. This guarantee applies regardless of the condition of the product at the time of sale and varies in length and scope from case to case.

Please note that warranty claims are not replaced or reduced by manufacturer warranty claims. If damage occurs through your own fault or occurs after the manufacturer's warranty has expired, repairs are subject to a charge.

Your options in the event of a claim

  1. You can contact the manufacturer directly. This is often the fastest way, as we as a retailer usually have to contact the manufacturer in the event of defects.

  2. You can send the defective product back to us and discuss everything with our service staff. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note with the shipment.

  3. Contact our support team. Our service staff will be happy to advise you whether a repair is worthwhile for you and how you can use your device correctly again as quickly as possible with as little effort as possible.

Please always state your order number or your delivery note number. Defective items outside the warranty period and self-inflicted damage are subject to a charge. Before the repair, you will receive a cost estimate from us, which you can agree or reject in writing within 7 days.

Important repair instructions

Repairs can be carried out by the blockmine.de team at any time. We differentiate between two types of repairs:

Type 1: Repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty. These repairs are free of charge and performed by Blockmine.

Type 2: Repairs that are outside of the manufacturer's warranty. These repairs are to be sent insured to Blockmine at the expense of the buyer. After an analysis, an offer for the repair is made to the buyer. If the buyer agrees, the repair will be carried out.

It is important to note that the repair process usually takes between 1 and 7 business days. However, should there be a delay, we will inform you in good time.
