Reliable warranty services and the fastest possible repair of your miners give you the security that in the event of damage you can rely on immediate support from our team and the operation of your mining project is secured.
Implied warranties
At Blockmine, we take our commitment to our customers seriously and provide first-class customer service. We provide a 12-month legal warranty on all products.
Manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer's guarantee is an additional benefit that supplements the statutory warranty rights. It is based on a voluntary offer from the manufacturer and can vary in length and scope.
Please note that the manufacturer's warranty does not replace or reduce statutory warranty claims. Damage caused by your own fault or after the manufacturer's warranty has expired must be repaired at your own expense.
Your options in the event of damage
In case of a defect you have the following options:
- Contact the manufacturer directly: This is often the quickest way, as we as dealers usually also have to contact the manufacturer in the event of defects.
- Return to us: Send the defective product back to us and discuss the case with our service staff. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
- Contact our support team: Our service staff will be happy to advise you whether a repair is worthwhile and how you can use your device again quickly and with minimal effort.
Repair service
Our repair service is available to you if your device is defective. Our service staff will advise you whether a repair is worthwhile in your case and how you can get your device back up and running as quickly as possible. Please always state your order or delivery note number.
Repairs outside the warranty period and damage caused by the customer are subject to a charge. You will receive a cost estimate in advance, which you can accept or reject in writing within 7 days.
Information about the repair service
Our team can carry out repairs at any time. We distinguish between two types of repairs:
Type 1: Repair within the manufacturer's warranty
Repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be carried out free of charge by Blockmine.
Type 2: Repair outside the manufacturer's warranty
Repairs outside the manufacturer's warranty are subject to a charge. The buyer sends the hardware to Blockmine at his own expense and with insurance. After an analysis, we will make you a repair quote. If you agree, the repair will be carried out.
